Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (4years) -26,600/semester

The ASHA’s BS HRM responds to the needs on human assets of the fast-growing hospitality industry. Learning modules are in harmony with the best practices and latest trends in the hospitality industry that are facilitated by well-seasoned faculty. BS HRM students experience industry-based learning with the industry partners that eliminates job mismatch and bridges the possible gap between lecture and practice.

 

Professional Cooking & Diploma in Hospitality Management Plus (1year)- 125,000

The ASHA’s Pro-Cook & DHM Plus is designed to develop student’s skills and competencies from basic to advance kitchen skills and preparation, hotel and restaurant duties and functions up to managing hotel, food and beverage operations. Specialized modules and industry training equips graduates with certification and diploma to become managers in the hotel and restaurant industry in the future.

 

Professional Cooking Series plus Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Operations (1year)- 97,590

ASHA’s Pro-Cook plus CHRO program come together comprehensively from basic to advanced kitchen skills and preparation and knowledge and skills required to perform the duties and functions of the various departments of the hotel and restaurant operations.

 

Accounting for Hotel & Restaurant Management (1year or 6months)- 85,000/35,000

The ASHA-CIMA Accounting Program is for those who want to get ahead in the accounting game. It is designed to develop a student’s accounting skills as well as teaching management accounting, business strategies, and financial strategies. It also gives the student a chance to have an internationally recognized diploma, through CIMA.

 

Certificate in Professional Cooking Series (6months)- 87,000

Learn the fundamentals in Industrial and Commercial Cooking. This program will teach participants from basic to advanced kitchen skills and food preparation.

 

Certificate in Barista (3months)- 35,000

Learn the tricks and trade in a 3-month intensive theoretical and hands-on study on coffee making. Students will also be trained from foaming and streaming milk and in serving coffee concoctions to coffee machine trouble shooting.

 

Certificate in F&B Operations (3months) -30,000

Manage a food and beverage service operation to exceed your guest’s expectations. This program focuses on different types of table services, table setting and sequence of service. Students will also learn how to give guests the highest priority as to all the details of food and beverage operation are planned, implemented and evaluated.

 

Certificate in Bartending (3months) -30,000

Discover the fundamental skills and tasks of a bartender. This program gives prominence on the basic and advance cocktail concoction.

 

Certificate in Housekeeping (3months) -30,000

Obtain training on the fundamental tasks of a housekeeping attendant. This program gives emphasis on the standard procedures in maintaining a hotel room, washroom and proper bed making. Students will be exposed to the ins and outs of the industry starting from maintaining a quality staff, preparing, organizing, and planning to the methodological details of cleaning each area of the hotel.

 

Certificate in Front Office (3months) -30,000

Learn training on the fundamental tasks of a front office staff. This program gives emphasis on the basic and advance front office skills and functions.
